1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and booking a repair service with 24x7 Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Independent Service Provider

We are an independent, third-party home appliance repair provider. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting as an authorized service center for any specific appliance brands.

We provide out-of-warranty repair services. If your appliance is currently under manufacturer warranty, we highly advise contacting the official brand support first to avoid voiding your warranty.

3. Booking & Inspection Charges

Upon booking, our technician will visit your location to inspect the appliance and diagnose the issue.
If you decide not to proceed with the repair after the diagnosis, a standard Inspection/Visiting Charge will apply to cover the technician's time and travel.
If you proceed with the repair, the inspection charge will be waived, and you will only pay for the finalized repair/spare parts cost.

4. 30-Day Service Warranty

We provide a 30-day warranty on our services under the following conditions:

The warranty covers only the specific spare part replaced or repaired by our technician.
It does not cover new issues, physical damage, voltage fluctuations, or tampering by unauthorized persons after our service.
Original physical or digital invoice must be presented to claim the warranty.

5. Digital Agency Responsibilities

Managed by Ads Web Lab

The website hosting, design, and all digital marketing campaigns (including Google Ads) for 24x7 Services are created and managed by our agency partner, Ads Web Lab.

Ads Web Lab is strictly an IT and marketing vendor. They do not operate the appliance repair business, handle customer payments, dispatch technicians, or assume any liability for physical damages, service delays, or warranties. All service-related liabilities rest entirely with 24x7 Services.

6. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information regarding your appliance's condition and your location. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a safe working environment for the technician during the visit.
